Affordable, comfortable shoes.

What do you love about your job?
The store and centre environment. Our customers and team members are great to work with and it makes for a fun place to work. Everyone is so nice!

With regards to your store type, what are customers wanting right now?
Warm shoes! Boots, boots and more boots!! You know what they say, warm feet, warm heart 😉 Did I mention we currently have lots of great styles currently in stock! Whether you want an ankle boot or knee high, I am confident we have a style you would love in store.

What are some unusual customer questions you get?
Do you fix shoes? 🙂

What feedback do you get from your customers?
Mostly positive. They love coming in because they are served with a smile. I especially love our older customers, they like to return often and love to stick around for a chat whilst we help them with their shoe fitting. I always like to make our customers feel like I have a ‘always give more’ attitude towards my job.

What’s three words that describe your store?
Bubbly, helpful and kind.

What are some of your favourite stores in your Bull Creek Central Shopping Centre?
My favourite retailer in the centre is the new coffee shop The Bunker Espresso Bar. They have really good coffee!!
